If cooking has never been your thing, but you recognize how important it is to cook your own food and control what is in the food you eat, I highly recommend the following book. Liza is a fellow health coach. I was looking for a way to introduce my clients to cooking. I am not the best person to teach you this, since I cook around 18 food sensitivities. I also don’t measure and am very comfortable and creative in my kitchen. This book is fabulous for newbie cooks, and teaches how to prepare a weeks meals ahead, so that you can walk in the door, and quickly get food on the table. Liza’s book is highly recommended.
Liza has an AAS in Culinary Arts from the Cooking + Hospitality Institute of Chicago (now part of Le Cordon Bleu).
