Join me and break the addiction to the sugar and chemicals in ultra-processed food.

 

This is my in 2015 when I started my journey back to wellness.

 

This is me today  I have lost 80 pounds without dieting but by following my guidelines in this class.

 

Classes are run quarterly   Next classes

There are 2 time slots available to catch the class this time.  I really want to make it easy for everyone to attend.

Thursdays 4 pm Pacific Time/ 5 PM Mountain Time and then they will run every week in this time slot.

Thursday January 30, 2025 is Orientation 5 pm Mountain Time, 7 PM Eastern time

Thursday Feb 6,2025 Class 1   5 pm Mountain Time, 7 PM Eastern time

Thursday Feb 13, ,2025 is class 2   5 pm Mountain Time, 7 PM Eastern time

Thursday Feb 27,2025  is Class 4.  5pm Mountain standard time, 7 PM Eastern time

 

The class will also run on Sundays at 11 AM Pacific Time/12 pm Arizona Time,  2 pm Eastern Time

The last Sunday Class is  class is March 2

You can attend either the Thursday or the Sunday time slot, or you can attend both if you desire to get reinforced.

I’m not talking about the lose-weight variety although those diets are probably bad for you too.

I’m talking about the Standard American Diet – acronym SAD (for a reason)

What IS the SAD diet?  Fake food, processed foods, fast foods, processed frozen foods, and restaurant food that isn’t farm to table.  (It comes in little baggies, gets zapped and arranged on your plate,)

The SAD diet is loaded with sugar, salt, chemicals with names you can’t recognize or know what they are.  They do not promote health in your body.  You need real food.

 

Recent research from Northeastern University’s Network Science Institute indicates that 73 percent of the United States food supply is ultra-processed.

 

Two new studies last year, University of North Carolina and the second one from Utah University concluded that 83% of Americans are metabolically unfit and it is directly attributed to the Standard American Diet.  What does this mean?  The majority of Americans are on the precipice of chronic illnesses, Type II diabetes, Cancer, Heart Disease, Autoimmune disease, Liver Disease.  Each of us can change this by taking back control over what we eat.

Ditch the CRAP will start with an orientation Tuesday July 26, 2022.  The first module  will show you

HOMEWORK- Choose your why’s.  Stay focused on your BIG WHYs to do this.

Post them on your bathroom mirror and on the refrigerator.  You will read these every morning before you start your day.   I will email you cleaner copies to print out.

If you let me know which why cards are right for you I will email cleaner copies to you so that you can start to utilize the power of the WHY.


Sugar  and these chemicals are highly addictive, so the initial days could be a withdrawal.  It will run through the month of August and the last session is on . Classes every Tuesday in October with the last class on August 23.

 

All addictions are easier to break with support.  We will cheer each other on in the private Facebook group and share information.  We will form a supportive community.
