Today we want to introduce you to Cheryl Meyer. Hello Cheryl, will you please tell us about yourself?
I am an entrepreneur and have my own jewelry business. Six years ago, I discovered I was suffering from inflammation and autoimmune disease. I refused a life of pain and pills, so I actively started researching. I found a functional MD, actively searched out, purged, and replaced hundreds of toxins in my life, and returned to wellness. I went back to school at 67 to become a health coach so that I could help others with similar ailments. I wrote an award-winning book, It Feels Good to Feel Good, Learn to Eliminate Toxins, Reduce Inflammation and Feel Great Again to share what toxins I found and what I replaced them with. I have become an anti-toxin advocate, and in the last year, I have done over 50 podcasts and 7 summits. I am a keynote speaker on the importance of finding and removing toxins from our lives and why food quality matters. I do one-on-one coaching with clients who want to overcome their chronic illness and feel great again.
Cheryl, what is it that inspires you?
My mission is to share everything that I now know about toxins, and how they are impacting our health. The United States is 37th in the world in health, and 53% of our children have some kind of chronic ailment. I believe that toxins are why diseases are rapidly increasing in the United States, and why our health care system is broken. My mission is to help others discover where the toxins are and what to replace them with so that they can return to wellness and raise healthy families. The government is not going to protect us, we need to own our own lives and make better choices
Will you please tell us what you call yourself and explain what it is that you do?
I am Cheryl M Health Muse, and I want to inspire you to eliminate your inflammation and chronic pain by eliminating the toxins in your life. I am a health coach that does one-on-one coaching; I am a keynote speaker on toxins and why food quality matters, I have virtual classes online all to encourage you to clean up your toxic load for your long-term health.
How exactly does that help someone?
If you hire me to coach you, I can inspire you to lower your toxic load which will improve your health and reduce your pain. I can also help you lower your inflammation. I will listen to you and “hear” you. If you are struggling with inflammation and chronic pain, you could see significant improvement in as little as 3 months of working with me.
There are things you can do to own your own health and overcome your chronic pain. I provide compassionate coaching and choices right for you to improve your health. There is no magic pill, but there are things you can do that will be magic to your body. I am living proof and I discovered the keys to long-term health. You CAN lower your inflammation. You CAN eliminate your pain. I can help you.
As your coach or your keynote speaker, I will guide you towards choosing foods that nourish your body. What is the most confusing thing we are dealing with? Food. I can help you discover the keys to good health through the food you eat. I can also help you uncover where the toxins are in your life and why it is critical to eliminate them. The net result? A return to good health, “It Feels Good to Feel Good.” Working with me will encourage you to make changes that you can sustain as you transform your own health goals into action. By working with me, you can eliminate inflammation and pain, lose weight, lower your stress and anxiety, get a better night’s sleep, improve your mood, improve your skin, and increase your energy.
Why are you so passionate about the food we eat and the toxins in our lives?
By understanding how these two things impact your body, it will give you the keys to good health.
Did any specific life experience prompt you to follow this path?
I woke up 6 years ago and every muscle and joint in my body hurt. After running multiple tests, my doctor offered me steroids and suggested that I should seek therapy. She declared there was nothing wrong with me. I have been researching and sharing what I learned ever since. I didn’t want to live my life in pain and on pills, and I don’t want others to have that life either.
How long have you been doing this?
I have been researching for 6 years, and I have been a health coach for 1 ½ years.
Will you share a story of how you have made a difference in someone’s life?

What’s next on the horizon for you?
I am revising my first book. I directed it towards other people with autoimmune diseases, but now understand that inflammation is at the root of most of our chronic illnesses. I have started my second book about how I live a low toxin life every day. I am planning on doing a lot more public speaking to share my mission. By mid-2019, I plan to have my own podcast to share other people’s stories about chronic pain and their solutions.

Wherever you are with your health, it is not where the story needs to end. Don’t accept when you are told there is nothing you can do, and that you will progressively deteriorate and be on heavy medication for the rest of your life. Be your own “Who said of the greatest magnitude” by owning your own health and implementing everything that you can do in your own life to improve your health. There is no magic pill, but there are things you can do that will be magic to your body.
