Thoughts are living things. As Within so Without

And I have seen it be TRUTH.
The mind plays a bigger role in your well being than you realize. Negative thinking weakens the immune system. Positive thoughts strengthen your physical body. Thoughts are not separate from your biology. They give instructions to what happens inside your body. Negative thoughts trigger stress hormones. When Cortisol rises Inflammation rises. The immune cells become less active. You get sick more often and you npw heal slower. Positive thoughts do the opposite. They lower cortisol. They boost immune cell activity. They speed up recovery. Your body believes what your brain tells it. You can look at it as the master computer. Science backs this up.. Placebo studies prove that belief changes outcome. People who expect to heal, heal faster. People who expect to get sick, get sicker.
Your thoughts are not passive. They are active commands. Your body follows them. This is my focus and it has done well for me and those that I help with finding and using this ability.
Your thoughts directly alter your internal chemical terrain. Sustained positive thinking puts the breaks on things, which degrade your cellular environment. People with a family history of heart disease who also had a positive outlook were one-third less likely to have a heart attack or other cardiovascular event within five to 25 years than those with a more negative outlook. That’s the finding from Johns Hopkins expert Lisa R. Yanek, M.P.H., and her colleagues.
