Take time every day to Breathe. It resets your parasympathetic nervous system and releases stress

Controlled intentional breathing is like a master switch for health. It can:
Calm stress
Improve HRV
Support heart health
Move lymph
Improve digestion
Enhance brain function
Reduce inflammation
Increase energy
Foster emotional balance
Best of all, it’s free, available anywhere, and can begin changing how you feel in just a few minutes a day. For many people, it becomes one of the foundational habits that supports a return to wellness. 💜🌿🫁❤️
I do the Dr. Andrew Weil breathing twice a day to let the top off of my chronic stress and reset my parasympathetic nervous system.
I also do what is known as “box” breathing, when I want to go spend time percolating in my heart brain.
Both take me to beautiful places to be.
Try different breaths. Find which relax you, and which ones take you away to calm and loving placed.

But DO do some kind of intentional breathing.
Its good for your body.
Its good for your brain.
Its amazing for your health and wellness.
It releases inflammation, which is what causes all of the chronic illness gathering in your body.
It will make you happy.
It brings your body back to balance, and balance is health.
It clears your brain and allows for clearer thinking and creativity.
And it improves your digestion. As I have discussed, the functional medical community believes all chronic illnesses begin in the gut.
So
BREATHE. It will do your body good and set you in the right head set to put more kindness and love into the world.
