Who I am following for my transformation

Please read, Deanna Minich introduced herself again today on Instagram, and I wanted to share it with all of you.
I have been following her for 14 years. I was a designer of color jewelry, when I crashed and burned with 3 autoimmune diseases, Type II Diabetes and a Fatty Liver, so her color system for food was immediately attractive to, and resonated on a soul level with me, as I began my healing journey. I have grown as she has changed. And I am so grateful for everything I have learned from her on my journey back to wellness.
And recently, when I wrote my manifestation course, I had the ah ha moment that food was energy and frequency and that we can feed our energy system in our body, the chakras, with frequency in the food.
Wellness is so much bigger than I understood 14 years ago. Wellness is FEELING GOOD in all aspects of our love which becomes our road to JOY. And it becomes our road to authenticity and to returning home to ourselves.
I have discovered that wellness is balance, but that it is beyond just physical wellness, its also emotional, physical and spiritual balance. Its all a part of a whole.
And FEELING GOOD is the key. Keep searching and make decisions based upon that. Feed yourself love and compassion, and kindness, and make decisions for your wellness journey based upon all of that. I am so grateful for the life I am now living. Its been the gift of getting so horrifically sick all those years ago.
And no, this doesn’t mean things that numb, like cocaine, or heroin or sugar or smoking. It means things that feel great now and that are great for your long term longevity. Make your choices based upon living the rainbow life and increasing your longevity.
And of course sharing the love, kindness, compassion, gratitude, and paying it forward is all part of the balance I have discovered.
Two of the Functional Nutritionists I started following years ago have fed that realization. I quote them often on here, and recommend that you follow both as you embark on your journey back to wellness. Dr. Deanna Minich, PhD and Blanche Scharf, Functional Nutritionist. I am at a serendipity point with both of these mentors, that they, and the universe are now feeding me daily just what I need to understand to fill in a missing puzzle piece in my own journey. And I am growing because of what I continue to learn from both of them.
I recommend that you follow both. I am continually stretched by their perspective, along with Mark Hyman for Functional Health, Dr. Btuce Lipton, for epigenetics, personal ownership and power, manifestation, Psych K, and Heaven on Earth, Gregg Braden, for his work on Heart Math and heart energy, and Joe Dispenza for his spiritual perspective. If you want to join me on this journey, I recommend you also follow all of them.
This is how Dr. Minich introduced herself this morning…..
“For those of you who are new here or not that new…welcome! I thought it would be a good time to do a (re)introduction considering that I cover so many topics here and do a variety of things. I’m going to unpack that a bit in a series of posts, and this is the first in that series.
I’m Dr. Deanna Minich, and at my core, I’m a translator, educator, and presenter. One of my favorite things to do is take the complexity of science, whether it’s hormones, metabolism, mitochondria, or circadian rhythms, and bring it into something you can actually feel, understand, and live from a physical, emotional-mental, and even spiritual perspective.
Over the years, my work has evolved from studying nutrients in the lab to seeing the body as an interconnected, intelligent system, one that responds to light, food, environment, and even our inner world.
At my center, I embrace many paths to truth, whether through traditional systems like TCM or Ayurveda to modern medicine thinking such as with functional medicine and systems biology.
I believe that true healing happens when we:
✨ understand the root cause(s)
✨ nourish the body, mind and spirit
✨ align with nature and rhythms
✨ and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within us
This virtual microspace is where science meets meaning, purpose and consciousness. If you’re here, you’re likely seeking something more, whether it’s more expansive (and disruptive) thinking, more wholesome connection, more holistic frameworks.
Thanks for sharing this space with me! 🌈
