There are 2 time slots available to catch the class this time. I really want to make it easy for everyone to attend.
January 19, 4 pm Pacific Time and then they will run every week in this time slot.

You can attend either the Thursday or the Saturday time slot, or you can attend both if you desire to get reinforced.
For the first time, these are the alternative times, On Saturdays at 1 PM Pacific Time and then for the next 4 weeks. There will also be replays available each week with a copy of the slides.

I’m not talking about the lose-weight variety although those diets are probably bad for you too.
