To adopt healthy habits and change your eating, it all starts with sugar. Sugar is a poison that is addictive, and you need to break that addiction to HEAL YOUR PAIN or to LOSE WEIGHT. It’s not about willpower. Sugar takes away control over our eating patterns. It gives you fatty liver and impacts your heart and kidney. It creates “leaky gut”. It’s an addiction. The first module is June 8 and will show you what needs to be cleared out of your pantry and refrigerator, and what you are going to be eating for the month of April. Sugar is highly addictive, so the initial days will be a withdrawal.

KICK SUGAR TO THE CURB will start with an orientation on June 1 so that you know what to clean out of your pantry and refrigerator and then we begin on June 8. It will run through the month of June. Classes every Tuesday in June. There will be group support in a private Facebook group. All addictions are easier to break with support.

MODULE 4- June 29, 4 PM PACIFIC TIME, 7 PM EASTERN TIME
After the detox, how to eat, what to eat, how to not fall back into the old addiction
The private Facebook Group will remain open until July 9 for support and office hours., By the end of the detox, if you followed the protocol you should have “Kicked the Sugar to the Curb’, and you should have FOOD FREEDOM.
