Food Quality Matters

  1. Follow the Dirty Dozen/ Clean 15 list.
    • Dirty dozen- only organic. Too toxic to eat.
    • Clean 15 -buy what’s in your budget.
    • Can’t get fresh- same rules for frozen.
  2. Buy close to the farm.
  3. Eat the colors of the rainbow. Each has a gift.
  4. Read labels, if you can’t pronounce it, or know what it is, pass.
  5. Eliminate fast /processed food. Little food value, no nutrients.
  6. Eliminate real and fake sugar. Toxic to your body.  They turn off hormones that control your appetite.
  7. Cook- control what’s in your food.
