- Can’t get fresh- same rules for frozen.
- Buy close to the farm.
- Eat the colors of the rainbow. Each has a gift.
- Read labels, if you can’t pronounce it, or know what it is, pass.
- Eliminate fast /processed food. Little food value, no nutrients.
- Eliminate real and fake sugar. Toxic to your body. They turn off hormones that control your appetite.
- Cook- control what’s in your food.
