Kick Sugar to the Curb- a 4 Week Sugar Detox



This course is about sugar.

There is an orientation meeting at 4 PM Pacific Time on March 31, 2021 which will explain the basics of the detox, what to clean out of your cupboard and your refrigerator and what to buy so that you are prepared to begin the detox on Monday, April 4.

After you purchase this course, you will receive an emails with a link and password to access the First Zoom meeting for the orientation and the initial course materials.  Course materials will be in a private drop box that you will have access to.

All the courses will be offered live via Group Zoom.  There will be replays available.

You will be invited to a private Facebook group where we will support each other through the detox and I will hold regular office hours to answer questions.

The replays will be posted in the group within 2 hours after the session.

In order to adopt healthy habits and change your eating, it all starts with sugar. Sugar is a poison that is addictive and you need to break that addiction in order to HEAL YOUR PAIN or to LOSE WEIGHT. Its not about willpower. Sugar takes away control over our eating patterns . It gives you fatty liver, and impacts your heart and kidney. It creates “leaky gut”. Its an addiction. It messes with the hormones that regulate your appetite. It impacts your mood and your brain.

Losing weight is not about “will power.” Sugar becomes “won’t power.” Your problem isn’t you. You didn’t stand a chance. You are addicted to sugar and to chemicals in processed and fast food. And there are large amounts of hidden sugars in processed foods and fast food, which call your name and make it difficult to stay the course.

Kicking the sugar to the curb is the first step to get your health back. We get to choose. Are we going to feed our bodies health? Or are we going to feed our bodies sickness? This is a 4 week plan to get you over the addiction, and we will all do it together.

It will run through the month of April. Classes every Monday in April. There will be group support in a private Facebook group. All addictions are easier to break with support.

The private Facebook Group will remain open until April 30 for support and office hours.,  By the end of the detox, if you followed the protocol you should have “Kicked the Sugar to the Curb’, and you should have FOOD FREEDOM.
