Diligent Mom Saves Her Autistic Daughters life by Eliminating Processed Food


I am on a mission to change the way America eats and to inspire everyone to “Eat the Rainbow” of whole organic foods for their future health and Eliminate processed foods from their diet.  {Processed foods includes boxed foods, frozen foods, fast foods and now even much of our restaurant foods that have ingredients in them that you can’t pronounce or don’t know what they are.  These food are loaded with sugar, Omega-6 fats that have BT toxins in them, salt and MSG.  The sugar interrupts every organ in our body including our brain, the omega-6 fats cause an imbalance in our bodies, we all know how dangerous excess salt is, and then there is the MSG.  MSG is a neurotoxin and Is hidden in these foods for two reasons-it is an unami which makes it taste fantastic with no food value and it is addictive.

This Ted Talk is by a Mother of 5 children and one of her children was severely autistic.  THis child was disruptive, uncommunicative and unsociable and was diagnosed as being that way for the rest of her life.


This mother refused to accept that.  After trying many approaches she started researching MSG.  MSG is a neurotoxin and it is hidden deceptively in our processed foods under 29 different names, including the elusive “natural flavors”.


If you follow my rule to eliminate anything you can not pronounce or don’t know  what it is, like natural flavorings (I don’t know what that is, do you?” you eliminate the MSG.

I read once in a different article that “Natural flavors” on a label is also suspect as a cover for MSG.



THere are two new studies out last year that declare that 88% of Americans are Metabolically UnHealthy and both attribute it directly to the Standard American Diet of processed foods.

The solution is to eat Real Whole Organic Food and Meat from animals that eat their own specific diet.  Grass-fed, Grass-finished Beef, Bison, Lamb only eats grass, and Pastured organic Chicken and Chicken eggs.  Only Organic soy ( 93% of soy is GMO so it has BT Toxins in it which are highly disruptive to our health.
